The apartment can sleep up to 6 plus baby/toddler. Exact details of the apartment are shown in the ACCOMMODATION page but it is fully equipped and ready to live in. There are 3 TV’s, free to air Sky satellite system, CD hi-fi system, gas barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier etc.
The apartment consists of a well equipped lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, master bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom and family bathroom. In addition, there is a large private terrace with patio doors leading onto this from both bedrooms and the lounge.

golf courses, shopping and is within walking distance to the world famous Puerto Banus marina with its fabulous shops and stunning boats.
There are 7 blocks in the Los Almendros II complex, each having its own staircase and lift. This apartment is located on the second floor and enjoys great views down to the swimming pool and out to the Mediterranean Sea. A concierge is on hand at the main gate.

There is an underground parking space and ample street parking available.
10 minutes walk from the apartment is the clean, safe beach of San Pedro with loungers/chairs and sunshades for hire, restaurants and beach bars.
5 minutes walk from the apartment leads you into the heart of San Pedro. This has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, banks etc. You can be in Puerto Banus by car in under 5 minutes, walking will take about 30 minutes.
This area is the heart of golfing on the Costa del Sol. There are currently almost 50 golf courses within about a 50km radius of the apartment. You are advised to book in advance (at least 24 hours).
Nearby is the Selwo Safari Park, whilst Gibraltar with its tax free shopping, is around 40 minutes drive away. Beautiful Ronda and the surrounding white Andalucian villages are also around 30 minutes drive.
